Science at Littleover Community School
The science facililties at Littleover Community School are first class.
All teaching rooms are fitted with interactive whiteboards utilising the latest and most stimulating software available.
There are 10 laboratories in which lessons can be held; two rooms have the latest ICT equipment available to all teachers to add an extra dimension to the teaching of science.
All Science work schemes have a fully integrated ICT element, making maximum use of the facilities available for experimental practical work and ICT Science based activities.
The science department is a dynamic, well-organised department with Littleover Community School being one of the first schools in the country to be awarded Specialist Science Status.
