Fantastic Forbidden Forest Opening Excites Potterheads

Ever since J.K.Rowling wrote the first Harry Potter book, fans have been crazy for more. On March 31st 2012 the Warner Brothers Studios in Leavesden made its grand opening. So now, five years since the opening, they have finally fulfilled the dream of Potterheads across the globe: on Friday 31st March the Forbidden Forest will open! Built by some of the crew members who worked on making Hogwarts seem real in the magical films, the Forest will be just like the place Albus Dumbledore told us all not to go to.

For those of you who don’t know what the Forbidden Forest is, it is a huge forest filled with towering trees and treacherous creatures, who try to drink unicorn blood! Harry, Ron and Hermione are specifically told not to enter, but do the golden trio listen? The forest will include your two favourite creatures, Buckbeak the Hippogriff, and Aragog the Acromantula and his little younglings, as well as nineteen huge trees which are each twelve feet wide and giant roots to trek through. That’s not to mention the thoughtful weather system, which will be controlled by visitors so the experience will be even better. And your good old pal Hagrid will be looking over you, well his costume at least.

The entrance will be included in the regular ticket price of £39 for an adult and £31 for a child of 5-15 years.

The Warner Bros. Studios on average have a whopping 2,016,000 visitors a year! Meaning that they bring in on average just from tickets £80,640,000 a year! Holy Pumpkin Pie!

J.K.Rowling is a worldwide household name, because of her creative way of writing. The first Harry Potter book came out on 26 June 1997. At first many people were unsure about it, but now someone starts reading the series every 45 seconds.

After questioning a few people in the school of their opinion on the forest being built, they said: `that would be so cool, and I hope that it has the same eerie feeling’, `It makes the studio more fun and creates happiness’ and ` I think it’s cool’. There is a wide range of opinions but I personally think that it would be a very good experience and it is worth the money to see the rest of the studios.
