			Finland- A Country Built on Safety
As you can see, the capital of Finland looks very peaceful.

Finland, located in the northern part of Europe, has recently become one the safest, happiest and least corrupt counties in the world says the UN. As well as that the world happiness report placed Finland as the happiest country. This makes it obvious why it was ranked the safest country in the world by the Institute of Economics of Peace. Since their independence from the Russian Empire just over one hundred years ago, there has been many improvements within the quality of life for Finnish citizens. For example, they were poor and almost half a million people starved to death.

Finland has done lots of work in recent years to improve the lives of citizens. An example of the improvements that Finland has made is that they have reduced the suicide rate by over 50%. This is one example of how Finland is making their country safer. As well as that it has free comprehensive, vocational and even further and university education. Finland’s educational system is very successful and is ranked as one of the best education systems in the world.

The quality of life of citizens of Finland has improved greatly since their independence in 1917. According to the Institute of Economics of Peace Finland is the third safest country.
