Family Support Worker and Safeguarding Coordinator

Job purpose: To support the Designated Safeguarding Lead and Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead in safeguarding and child protection matters, lead the school's Early Help provision, and work with vulnerable students and families to improve outcomes and prevent escalation to statutory services.

Salary (FTE): Grade G SCP 21 - 25 £34,236 - £37,562

Salary (Actual): Grade G SCP 21 - 25 £29,577 - £32,450

Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.00pm | Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm

Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only (39 weeks, including Inset days)
