We are seeking a flexible and compassionate Pastoral Support Mentor to provide on‑call student support across the school, helping manage behaviour, re‑engage learners, and promote wellbeing and inclusion.
Salary (FTE): Grade F SCP 15-20 £30,024 - £32,597
Salary (Actual): £25,796 - £28,160
Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.00pm, Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm (half an hour unpaid lunch each day)
Contract: Permanent Term Time Only (39 weeks, including Inset days)
