Two English A Levels are offered at Littleover Community School.
The first is A Level English Literature. This is a thoroughly interesting course in which students not only study a wide range of poetry, novels and plays, but also get to choose their own fiction texts to study as part of their coursework.
The second is A Level English Language. In this course, a wide range of topics, from individual variation of language to the ways in which children learn to speak and write, is studied.
