Kymberley Holden inquest: 'Prescription Error' in MS patient case

Mrs Kymberly Holden,27, from Codnor, Derbyshire, was found unconcious on 24th November 2014. She died from oxycodone intoxication and Debic's disease from a prescription error. She was found unconcious at her home.
She was a "bubbly and smiley young woman"
Her boyfriend Mr Ian Dye and her father Stephen Holden told the court that she was a “bubbly and smiley young woman".
Post-mortem tests were performed and revealed that she died from oxycodone intoxication – the umbrella name for OxyNorm - and Devic's disease – a rare neurological condition similar to MS.
